Shone Topham, LCSW, is a retired U.S. Air Force member and licensed clinical social worker with seven years of experience in the mental health field. She holds a Master of Social Work degree, earned in 2018, and has devoted much of her career to serving Veterans, active-duty military personnel, and their families throughout North Dakota.
Shone began her post-graduate clinical work with the Minot Vet Center – Veterans Affairs, providing therapy to Veterans and their loved ones. She later broadened her expertise by supporting active-duty service members at Minot Air Force Base, further strengthening her commitment to military-focused care.
Recently, Shone transitioned into independent practice and now offers mental health therapy to adults (18+) one day a week through Mountrail County Medical Center. Her approach emphasizes empowerment, resilience, and compassionate care for individuals navigating life’s challenges.
Shone lives in Minot with her husband. Together, they enjoy being close to their two children and two grandchildren, who also reside in Minot.
