Carol Hynek

Carol was born and raised in west central Minnesota. She earned her ADRN from the University of South Dakota in 2008. Following her graduation her family relocated to Stanley, and she started working at Mountrail County Medical Center in the hospital and nursing home as a Registered Nurse. In 2018 she decided to advance her education earning a bachelor’s degree in nursing and in 2023 a Doctorate degree in nursing practice both from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND. Her professional interests include primary care and preventative health. When Carol is not working, she enjoys the outdoors, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her husband and five children.
