Online Registration for Drive-up COVID-19 Tests is Now Available

If you are asymptomatic and would like to be tested for COVID-19, Mountrail County Medical Center now has an online registration option.  To get started, please call the Mountrail County Medical Center Clinic at (701) 628-2505 and request to be put on the schedule for a COVID-19 test.  The receptionists who assist you will place you on the schedule and take the $25 payment for this service.

After you are on the schedule, please click on our logo on the bottom right corner of your screen to safely and securely enter your registration information with our “chat bot”, and that electronic information will be securely delivered to our registration team.

MBH Visitor Information

Current visit requirements in response to state and federal guidelines:

Visitors may include immediate family or clergy

1 or 2 visitors at a time are allowed

Anyone who plans to visit must have a current negative COVID swab within one week of visit date.

Mountrail Bethel Home staff will be offering rapid COVID swabs to visitors every Tuesday from 2:30pm-3pm and every Thursday from 8:30am-9am at door 11.

Our current visits times are:

Monday-Friday: 9am, 1pm, or 3 pm for one and a half hours

Saturday and Sunday: 2pm for two hours

We require, per administration, that all visits be scheduled at least 24 hours ahead. If you would like to schedule a visit please contact Kelly at the information below. Kelly is available via phone and email Monday through Friday 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM.
